Venus 117

Venus condominiums are currently undergoing a building construction project. The project includes updating the tile and staircases, concrete repair, and waterproofing of the buildings. Due to this project, you can expect to see construction crews on-site, scaffolding, and partial door or window coverings. The work is taking place from January until end of December, with different buildings being worked on during this time. Work takes place from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Saturday. You will hear noise during this construction period. Discounts will not be offered during this time.

This 1 bedroom 1 -bathroom condo is located on the ground floor of the Venus complex.

You are welcomed into the open living room when you enter the condo. There is plenty of comfortable seating options to enjoy the large flat screen TV. The sofa even folds out to a Queen sofa sleeper to accommodate 2. The ground floor patio is perfect for walking out and heading the large complex pool or the complex coin laundry.

The dining area is situated between the living space and the kitchen. The dining table can seat four, so the whole family can dine together. The kitchen is spacious and has ample counter space to cook up a tasty meal before heading the complex pool or the short walk to the beach. The kitchen has all full sized appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and all the cookware and dishes you need so you don’t have to pack anything from home.

The bedroom has a Queen sized bed and the bathroom offers a combination tub/shower.

Unit 117 includes wireless internet with your stay as well.
