This beautiful two bedroom two bath condo is NON smoking and NOT even allowed outside on the balcony or outside by front door. So if you are a smoker this condo is not for you. This unit is located at the entrance with a partial Gulf view and a very short walk to the beach. The unit is recently updated with new furniture, granite counter-tops in the kitchen and stainless steel appliance. The beachwalk area of Sandpiper Cove is located at the front of the complex which allows you to walk to the beach in just a few short minutes. Beachwalk units are close to the largest pool, hot tub area, and putting greens at Sandpiper Cove. Sandpiper Cove, a 43 acre resort, has 1100 feet of sugar white beaches that rest against the Gulf of Mexico. Amenities include a 9 hole par 3 golf course, tennis, shuffle board, horse shoes, boat docks, 3 hot tubs, 5 pools, a restaurant, and BBQ grills scattered throughout the complex for your convenience. Boat docks can be rented for an additional fee.

Condo was extremely clean, bedrooms were roomy and comfortable.

Beach is directly across the road. Very nice place to enjoy Destin's beautiful water!

It was a very nice condo!

The location was perfect, very easy to get to the beach. My boys really enjoyed the golf course as well. It was a pleasant surprise that chair service was included. I would recommend a new/better dryer. It was nice to have a washer/dryer, but our stuff didn't get dry or it took a very long time. Also, the dishwasher needs to be screwed in.

A great place to stay for easy access to a private beach with lots of accommodations.

Also in a great area with lots of activities within short driving distances. The condo was very clean with lot of extra towels and linens. A beautiful balcony that we enjoyed having breakfast on every morning with a small view of the water. A very safe beach with a lifeguard which was an added bonus with two small children. The kitchen was fully ready to make meals in. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. They were very quick to respond to messages throughout the stay and get things fixed. The only thing I wish the room had was a dead bolt or a chain lock from the inside as my 2 year old could open the front door herself and attempted to escape a couple of times. Overall we had an amazing, relaxing vacation! Will definitely be back:)

Great location with easy and close access to beach.

Front door could use a refresh along with bathrooms but we had everything we needed for our stay per description. The family loved playing golf and wished we had remembered our pickle ball equipment. Would stay here again!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4!

This condo has easy access to the beach and the pool. The rooms/beds were perfect for us- twin beds for our preteen boys with their own bathroom, then the master suite with a king size bed, private balcony and bathroom! Nothing was extravagant but it all suited its purpose very well. I didn't worry about every move my kids made! Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Destin!

Unit 9203 at Sandpiper Cove was perfect for my family of 5 with grandmother in tow. It is as close to the beach as you can get without being on the beach side. It is also very convenient to the pool and hot tub. Perfectly located for a morning walk to the end of Gulf Shore Drive. Don't forget to catch a moon rise at the beach if it happens after dark while you are here.
