Sandpiper Cove 8112

It's a short walk to the beach with complimentary chairs and umbrella beach service. Just go to the attendants sitting under the red umbrellas by Rick's Sand Trap (great bite to eat here, cash only ATM on site). The chairs are set up in close proximity but we found it to be perfect and relaxing regardless of neighboring noise. The site is pet friendly as well! Keep your little furry one in during the day because if there aren't clouds it's going to get hot! Fort Walton has a dog friendly beach that is off leash and only 20-25 minutes away. The only complaint in the unit is the shower head. The water pressure is WAAAAAY intense! If you get a good sunburn I would recommend a bath unless they change it out. Other than that, my fiance and are are already rushing to plan our trip back. Very affordable unit and the perfect size for two and a pet!

The beach is a 2 min walk away and all round attractions is no more than 10 min away. Amazing vacation airbnb. Definitely going to book again in the future.

The amenities were awesome And accessible! We appreciated promptness in fixing both TV and fridge noise!! We loved the beach access, the chairs & umbrella at the beach and the lovely well kept pools! The staff was helpful in suggesting the Solaris dinner/dance yacht for our 50th anniversary! It was wonderful!

Very nice neighborhood and private beach access! Host was very kind and replied back very quickly. Everything was nice and clean, will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Destin!

As an anxious driver, this place was so easy to get to and get in and out of! Never had to stress about if traffic was going to be hard because there was a stoplight right at the entrance to the rentals! Also, a super short walk to the beach and easy access to all the pools. My only complaint, although I think it falls in me, is it’s the ONE time I didn’t go buy shampoo & conditioner to bring with me and there was no complimentary shampoo/conditioner supplied, BUT there was a tiny bar of soap. 😅 The whole place was very relaxed. this place is PERFECT for a quick little family trip, though. Would definitely stay here again!

The check in was easy breezy. Photos accurate, close to beach and other restaurant/ clubs and family friendly. Love the balcony and right by the pool! Thank you for your friendly communication and welcoming made us very COMFORTABLE!!!!

Definitely a great place to stay! The property offers plenty to do such as tennis, golf, and several pools. Just a walk across the street from the beach, you can’t beat it.

Had an absolute wonderful time at this unit. More than enough room for my husband and I. It’s located in Sandpiper which is one of our favorite places. There were also so many different perks from going through Holiday Isle. We also accidentally left behind a laptop. Very thankful for housekeeping who found it and Sierra located in the office was super kind and made sure that got sent out asap via UPS. Thank y’all!

This was a perfect place to stay during our evacu-cation from Ida. It was close to Labor Day weekend and there were very few openings in the area so we felt really lucky to find it. We had our dogs with us and there are not a lot of pet friendly condos so that was a huge bonus. The condo was clean and comfortable, perfect location near beach, restaurants, and shopping. One thing to note - there weren’t any kitchen basics like salt, pepper, cooking spray, paper towels, coffee or anything but that’s not a huge deal with grocery stores just down the street

I absolutely adored the stay, perfect location. Room decor was beautiful. The staff was amazing and got us in 5 hours early. 5 minute walk to beach  I will be returning yearly. Perfect spot filled with restaurants, piers, beaches and tons to do
