The condo is part of Sandpiper Cove Condos which has the feel of a gated community and not a high rise condo, (this unit is on floor 2 of 2). Sandpiper has a security gate and the staff their do a great job making sure the complex is safe and that only residents are gaining access. The grounds were well taken care of. We loved the second floor balcony above the canal. We saw lots of fish swimming below, turtles, cranes and we even were lucky enough to see 8 manatees swim into and back out of the canal, that was a real treat. We also couldn't believe how convenient the beach access was from this unit, you can walk to Sandpipers private beach maybe a 5 minute walk. We choose to drive as their is free parking for guests of Sandpiper right on the beach. The free beach umbrella and chairs were a nice touch. We also have access to Rick's sandtrap a small restaurant on the beach which serves good food and cold beverages and can offer a break from the sun. The pickle ball courts were lighted and always busy later in the evening, fishing can be done off some of the docks on the canal. The beds were very comfortable and the unit had some Legos, and board games for the kids. We will be staying here for our next trip, you won't be disappointed. Management was quick to reach out and offer support as needed, which we didn't need but they contacted us a few times to check in. Thanks for a great time.

Close to restaurants, shopping, and the private beach. We had a great time and look forward to coming back next year.

Pics don’t do justice. Quiet.. clean. No sundries.. had to buy everything. Would be nice to have S&P in cabinet, couple tide pods, coffee filters, couple trash bags. All additional expenses that you don’t take w you. There are blow driers and we packed em as site said none. Will definitely be back if they’ll have us!!

Great stay! Very clean. Easy check in and check out. Only needed to start dishwasher and take out garbage at the end of our stay.

This was a great condo. Very clean..beautiful updated bathrooms and very comfortable beds. Great view of the canal. We would definitely stay here again

Had a wonderful time! We always stay at the Sandpiper Cove every year and really enjoyed staying in your condo. So clean and loved the decor. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful condo. We will be taking back lots of good memories!

We had such an amazing time in your home. Thank you so much for the welcome cake and gift card. We treated ourselves to a wonderful breakfast with it. Loved watching all the fish & crabs off the balcony in the mornings while enjoying our coffee! We are sad to go.

Very nice condo. The kids loved the giant box of legos in the closet! Be prepared if you want to walk to the beach, it is about a 6-8 minute walk. We walked every day with no problem but our friends drove over to the beach which is also an option. The par 3 golf course is good for 50yd chip shots, but don't come here to work on your putts! Overall a great condo

Absolutely wonderful place! It was clean and updated. The decor was cute. The harbor view was great. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils, and there were even hangers in the closet. Definitely one of the best deals in Destin! Would definitely stay in this unit again!

We really enjoyed our short visit to your unit and already looking forward to staying here again. Your furnishings and artwork add a lot to a pleasant stay. The view from your deck is superb. Just a suggestion, a ceiling fan in your main room would add increased comfort on a hot day or night.
