The large living room boasts comfortable seating and impressive views of the Destin Harbor via two sliding glass doors and an oversized window. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen has full size appliances and all the pots, pans, dishware, and silverware needed to prepare your favorite meal. The dining area comes complete with a table set for four and bar seating for three guests.

There are three bedrooms in this condo. The master and first guest bedroom have queen beds, while the second guest bedroom has two twin beds. The prominent master bedroom has balcony access granted by a set of sliding glass doors. There is also a desk, a plush chair with a matching ottoman, a couch, and a private bathroom.
