If you are looking for a spacious 3BR/3BA 2000 square foot Gulf-front condo that has an inviting, homey feel, then take a step with me into Oceania 207. Upon entering you will notice the large living and dining area with its floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors offers an unobstructed panoramic view of the gulf and pass and allows access to a spacious balcony. There is no spotty carpet here as this home away from home is strictly tile and rugs. There are four TV’s, 1 DVD player for your entertainment needs.

The master bedroom has a large King bed, and the guest bedrooms both have a Queen. The walls are painted a cool light beige with comfortable furnishings to make you feel right at home. The master bath has a double vanity for your convenience and a tub for your relaxation needs. You and your friends and family will not be disappointed with this slice of heaven, Oceania room 207. Condo comes with FREE Beach Service during season - two beach chairs and one umbrella.

Complex amenities include beach chair service, one private parking spot, complex pool, gated entry, an exercise room, and gas grills.

We will definitely be staying here again!
The view from the room was breathtaking. The beach and pool was private with little to no people. Couldn’t have booked a better place to stay.

The pictures do not do this place justice.
The scenery was absolutely perfect! It was clean and plenty of space. The pool was big and the short walk to the beach was great! Ready to book for next year because this place has the perfect beach view. Also, the 2 chairs and umbrella that was provided helped out so much! Highly recommend for your beach vacay!

Nice condo
Enjoyed our stay at Oceania. Condo was ok but could definitely use an update and some decent patio furniture. Views were awesome and will definitely be back.

July 2017 Stay
We had a wonderful time staying at Oceania. Our view from the balcony was amazing and we had a huge balcony to go hang out on. The condo was very clean and the rooms were huge and the bathrooms were spacious as well. We had plenty of room in our condo and what I loved about our condo is how clean it was. Will definitely come back and stay next year.

Beautiful condo great location
A very nice condo in a perfect location. Very clean and attractively furnished. The ocean view from the 2nd floor balcony is one of the best in the Destin area. The beach at Oceania is never crowded, and the condo is close to several great restaurants on the harbor.

GREAT location! We enjoyed our stay. Awesome view, condo was nice and had all of the essentials! The only thing that I would have preferred is more patio furniture...with a 60 ft balcony we only had a very small table with uncomfortable chairs.
