Let us take your breath away with this spacious 3BR/3BA beach front condo.

Upon entering you will notice the large living and dining area with its floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors offers an unobstructed panoramic view of the gulf and pass and allows access to a spacious balcony.

The complete kitchen has beautiful dark granite throughout and even has an ice maker so you will never have to endure a lukewarm beverage. The living room comes complete with a big screen HDTV with DVD and BluRay Player.

The master bedroom has a King bed, a sitting area, Flat Screen TV, and beautiful views. The adjoining private bath has a tub, double sinks, and separate shower.

The first guest bedroom has Queen Sized Bed and a Twin size bed, a ceiling fan, and Flat Screen TV. The adjoining bathroom can be accessed from the bedroom or the living room and offers a combination tub/shower. The second guest bedroom has a King Size Bed and Flat Screen TV. The private adjoining bath has a combination tub/shower.

The balcony of this second floor unit spans the length of the condo and offers Gulf and poolside views. 

Complex amenities include beach chair service, one private parking spot, complex pool, gated entry, an exercise room, and gas grills.

Huge condo with a lot of comfortable furniture.
Enjoyed the heated pool. Pricey but the best condo that we have ever stayed in!!!

Loved the Oceania! Omg the massive windows and view. So spacious & clean with the perfect quiet beach and pool. Parasailing with Pelican Adventures was the highlight of the week. Thank you!

Absolutely gorgeous!
Amazing views of the gulf with wall to wall sliding glass doors. Inside of condo was beautifully decorated and featured all the latest and greatest upgrades.

Fantastic condo! 2000 sqare foot of luxury. Best stay ever. Extra ice maker was a bonus. Great master bathroom. I would highly recommend this condo.

Great stay
We really enjoyed our time in Destin and staying at Oceania. The only complaint I have is that there were not ANY basic supplies. I understand that it is not the responsibility of the owner to supply us with anything but for people renting over the weekend it would be nice not to have to buy trashbags and other simple items that could be left by other renters. I have rented multiple units in other locations and I have always had some sort of basic supply stock (coffee filters, salt and pepper etc. ) That was the only displeaser... well and no hot tub.

Thank you so much to Holiday Isles for the help they gave us on locating a condo in Destin....Our stay for the month of February was great. The condo in Oceania was magnificent. Will call in November to book our winter -get-away for next year.....Special Thanks to Justin.....Pat Hughes
