Condo was clean and the pictures honestly didn't do the inside justice it wasn't cluttered and felt like home clean linens and furniture and having a washer and dryer was a game changer! The pool was right next to the building and the condo was on the end which made it a nice short walk! The private beach access was 2 blocks straight down the street and was not over crowded at all like all the public beaches! This condo was right in the mix of everything from restaurants to family entertainment but nestled in a nice little neighborhood in the back for privacy and quiet! I would like to add I didn't need maintenance but the property personnel walking around maintaining it were always so nice saying hi and wishing you well very family friendly my 5 year old and my fiancés 16 year old had a great time! Including us! Thank you Holiday Isle's for a great visit! I will say make sure you bring beach stuff as there is none in the condo for use so pre plan that. 5 STARS!!!!

The bed set up in the second bedroom worked well for us so all three of our boys could have their own bed. This unit is one of few in the development with an enclosed porch, which we enjoyed. We had a view of the boats going by from the living area. The beach is about two blocks away, with a sidewalk most of the way and a crosswalk to the beach area. We did have a little challenge in finding the rental office to pick up our check in packet - it is located in the very back of the shopping center development. The staff were pleasant and responsive via text.

All the comfort in one place. There are towels, dryer, washer and dryer, kitchen utensils, beach racket and even a toy to play in the sand for children. The only thing to bring garbage bags for the kitchen.

This is a great place. Nicely decorated and large! Everything you need to enjoy your stay. It’s a little walk to the beach but well worth it! Will definitely look to Holiday Isle for any future trips to this area

Very nice and well-kept accommodation. Great kitchen that is very well equipped. We felt very comfortable. The accommodation is very well located and the (free) parking lot is on the doorstep. Great well-kept pool area. WiFi worked well. Communication / check-in / check-out went smoothly and easily.

We were really pleased with the place. The pictures were accurate and the amenities great. We would have liked to have Wi-Fi but it wasn't a big deal for us. All around a great place with a great location. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach which was perfect!

Such a perfect little spot for a relaxing getaway! Love the location being in a little more secluded quiet area but just an uber or boat taxi ride away from all the fun bars & restaurants! Weather was not the best, but overall had a great time & no complaints! Would definitely consider coming back :)

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay, the unit had everything we needed and was a short walk to the Gulf. Driving on Highway 98 is pain, but you can call destin boat taxi and for $10 round trip they can take you across the harbor to the harbor walk. The only disadvantage of the unit is the walls are paper thin so you can hear anyone talking in the hallway outside the unit. Also the building was under construction so there ia a lot of construction noise from 8am-5pm.
