Beautiful ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, stunning view of the Harbor.

When you enter the condo the large kitchen will catch your eye, with ample counterspace, full size appliances and all cookware is provided. The dining area seats 4 but there is additional seating around the kitchen bar. The Living room offers a view of the Destin Harbor thanks to the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors.

The guest bedroom has 2 Queen size beds and a large Flat screen TV with DVD player. The Guest Bathroom offers a combination tub/shower.

The Master bedroom has a King size bed, a partial view of the Harbor and a Flat Screen TV with DVD player.

The patio off of unit 103B offers easy access to the complex grills, a short walk to the complex pool or tennis courts and great view of the boats on the Harbor. This complex is about a 7-10 minute walk to the beach. Boat slips are not available.

The location was perfect—close to the beach and local attractions.

The space was very comfortable for our group, and we appreciated the great communication from the hosting company. The beds were cozy, and the living areas were spacious, which made for a relaxing retreat after our daily adventures. That said, a few updates could elevate the experience even further. The bathrooms could benefit from a refresh, particularly with new grout or caulking to give them a cleaner, more modern feel. Updating the lighting fixtures and furniture would also enhance the overall comfort and aesthetic of the space. Despite this, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this condo for its comfort and excellent location.

This condo was beautiful with a great view of the bay right off the back patio.

Location was amazing. Close to so many restaurants, bars, beaches, etc. Had everything we needed and for a group of 4 women, it was much more comfortable than renting a hotel room. We enjoyed the pool and beach access. The communication was very proactive and easy to follow. Would highly recommend this condo for a visit to the Destin area!

We loved our stay. This space was perfect for us.

Clean. Beautiful. Our back patio went right out to water which we spent a lot of time at. In the morning and evening relaxing watching the fish. Definitely would stay here again.

Can't wait to return! This location was awesome, just a short walk to the beach (less that 5 min), and a pier with tables and grills right out the back door. The condo its self was amazing , the kitchen was fully equip with everything and very accommodating. Also very clean and plenty of room. Me and my family felt right at home.

August 2016 Stay

The condo and location were absolutely perfect. We fished and kayaked in the harbor, and the beach fun was just blocks away. The condo was exactly as described and being in the ground floor was ideal. Laundry just a few steps away. Can't wait for our next Destin vacation!

July 2016 Stay
