Head over to Henderson Beach State Park to dive into the white sand and emerald waters. Feel free to hike that nature trail, climb the dunes, fish, pack a picnic and relax!

The Boardwalk at Destin Harbor is waterfront and a great option if you're interested in checking out the local businesses that make up Destin. Soak in the views of boats on the water, water sport adventurers, and more.

For sunrise and sunset views, head over to Village of Baytowne Wharf. Set the kids free at the Adventure Landing Playground and watch them go around on the Baytowne Carousel. Don't forget a blanket to set out and enjoy the free festivals and concerts that are set up and scheduled on a weekly basis.

Another nature trail option would be the Jolee Island Nature Park, full of magnolias and pines. Catch a peak at the coast and let the kids run wild again at the pirate-themed playground.
