The unit comes with a Queen size Murphy Bed, Queen sleeper and Twin Futon. Perfect for Families with small children or a couple looking for a relaxing couples retreat. Brand new 32" TV in the living room for your viewing pleasure and let's not forget to mention Louisiana Lagniappe located onsite and its wonderful Cajun cuisine. Want to go to the local water restaurants located on the Harbor of Destin? Take the water taxi and enjoy a traffic free arrival and departure. Sandpiper Cove is on 43 acres with 1100 feet of beach and BBQ grills available onsite as well. Comes with FREE BEACH SERVICE during season. Come book your stay with this unit and you will be very pleased with your decision. Non refundable pet fees apply.

A dog under 25 pounds is allowed at this property for an additional $100 plus tax nonrefundable pet fee. There is also a $10 fee collected by Sandpiper Cove on-site. Current shot records are required at check-in as well. Although Sandpiper Cove allows pets, pets are not allowed on the beach. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly.

Very nice place to stay, they meet all my expectations...

...the kitchen have everything you need to cook, the cleaning was very good, it was a little difficult to find the unit at the beginning I would definitely stay again there

Holiday Isle was walking distance to the beach with a private entrance which was great!

The space was accurate to the pictures and had just enough space for our family! The house was clean and the instructions were clear. It was a lovely stay!

Our family, 2 adults and 2 kids fit perfectly in this studio. It was a good value for us, very comfortable, clean organized and had everything we needed. The short walk to the private beach was perfect. We were on the second floor, so a little walk to carry our stuff up and down, but not a big deal at all. It's close to lots of restaurants in "downtown" and stores, etc. Very convenient. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back

People at the gate were really nice. The private beach access was crowded majority of the time.... but the access to the beach was seamless.... very quiet area. My family felt safe and didn’t have any issues

Awesome place for a vacation. Clean Clean Clean! Really an awesome place to stay, so close to the beach, like 5 minute walk, or drive right over, and with private access for guests. This condo came with beach service, we didn't know, but you can get free beach chairs with umbrella every day! This particular condo is for 2 adults and 2 children. Son is 6 foot and didn't fit the best on the futon. Daughter is smaller and fit just fine! We would stay here again. Be sure to pick a place that fits your family!
