This studio unit is Pet Friendly and has a fully equipped kitchen with a living room/bedroom area. Convenient murphy bed folds down out of the wall at night then can be folded back during the day to give you full function of the living room area. Units are situated around the pool and laundry area.
Sandpiper Cove, a 43 acre resort, has 1100 feet of sugar white beaches that rest against the Gulf of Mexico. Amenities include a 9 hole par 3 golf course, tennis, shuffle board, horse shoes, boat docks, 3 hot tubs, 5 pools, a restaurant, and BBQ grills scattered throughout the complex for your convenience. Boat docks can be rented for an additional fee. Beach service included. An additional pet fee is required

A dog under 15 pounds is allowed at this property for an additional $100 plus tax nonrefundable pet fee. There is also a $10 fee collected by Sandpiper Cove on-site. Current shot records are required at check-in as well. Although Sandpiper Cove allows pets, pets are not allowed on the beach. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly.

This location was perfect for the short stay I had. The beach and some restaurant options were a short walk away.

The check in was easy breezy. Photos accurate, close to beach and other restaurant/ clubs and family friendly. Love the balcony and right by the pool! Thank you for your friendly communication and welcoming made us very COMFORTABLE!!!!

Definitely a great place to stay! The property offers plenty to do such as tennis, golf, and several pools. Just a walk across the street from the beach, you can’t beat it.

Wonderful Time

Had an absolute wonderful time at this unit. More than enough room for my husband and I. It’s located in Sandpiper which is one of our favorite places. There were also so many different perks from going through Holiday Isle. We also accidentally left behind a laptop. Very thankful for housekeeping who found it and Sierra located in the office was super kind and made sure that got sent out asap via UPS. Thank y’all!

This was a perfect place to stay during our evacu-cation from Ida. It was close to Labor Day weekend and there were very few openings in the area so we felt really lucky to find it. We had our dogs with us and there are not a lot of pet friendly condos so that was a huge bonus. The condo was clean and comfortable, perfect location near beach, restaurants, and shopping. One thing to note - there weren’t any kitchen basics like salt, pepper, cooking spray, paper towels, coffee or anything but that’s not a huge deal with grocery stores just down the street

I absolutely adored the stay, perfect location. Room decor was beautiful. The staff was amazing and got us in 5 hours early. 5 minute walk to beach I will be returning yearly. Perfect spot filled with restaurants, piers, beaches and tons to do
