Check-in is 5 PM central time & check-out is 10 AM central time.

Sometimes we are able to allow an earlier check-in or check-out but it is never guaranteed and cannot be decided until the day of check-in/check-out. We never offer late check outs past 11 AM. 

We do offer a full refund within 48 hours of booking, if you cancel, we will issue a 100% refund.

If you cancel within 90 days of arrival you will forfeit your 30% payment. If you cancel within 2 weeks of arrival you forfeit all payments made unless the condo/home is rebooked for the same price and dates.

We offer travel insurance through RedSky Travel Insurance. ADVANCE RENT PAYMENTS or FINAL PAYMENTS are refundable in the event of cancellation through RedSky Travel Insurance. 

Changing reservation dates will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund will be given unless the unit is rebooked for your dates. The processing fee is not refundable in the event of a cancellation after 48 hours of booking even if the unit rebooks.

No refunds will be made due to hurricanes or tropical storms, or inclement weather even in the event of mandatory evacuations. Refunds for hurricane evacuations are only given through RedSky Travel Insurance. Changing reservation dates will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund will be given unless the unit is rebooked for your dates.

You can call our office at 1-800-837-5102 or book a reservation online. For stays under 31 days we require 30% of the total to be collected at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. If you are making a reservation within 2 weeks of your arrival, you must pay in full at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards for payment. 

We partner with AutoHost and filling out their required information is the only way to keep a reservation with us. We allow 24 hours for this to be completed before the reservation is cancelled.

You must be 25 or older to book and stay in our units without parents or guardians. We require 1 parent/legal guardian for every 2 individuals under 25. 

Beach service is an amenity typically offered from March to October consisting of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella. Some units include this amenity for free while others condos do not. Please speak to a reservation agent to inquire if your unit includes beach service with your stay. 

You can bring your own chairs to the beach but you cannot move the beach service chairs or place your chairs in front of their set ups. Tents are not allowed on the beach.

Yes. We do not provide beach towels. Any linens removed from the unit will result in a charge to your reservation for the cost of the linens.

No, we do not currently offer a daily linen exchange or maid service. There should be enough wash cloths, hand towels, and bath towels to equal the unit occupancy.

Our units are not required to have baby or toddler related items such a cribs, highchairs or pack n plays. You can contact Crib Connection at 850-654-8890 for any assistance with baby or toddler related items.

We do not provide paper towels or paper napkins. We do supply a starter pack of dishwasher detergent, bar soap, two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trash can. Anything else would need to be provided by the guest or if the starter supplies run out.

Yes, we require all units have an iron and ironing board.

No, we do not require hairdryers in our homes or condos.

Spices, including salt and pepper, will not be in the unit. No food products will be in your unit at check-in.

We require a blender, toaster, cookware, plates, utensils, and bakeware in every home/condo. If you're unsure if we provide a certain item, please reach out to us at 1-800-837-5102 or customersupport@holidayisle.net.

We require a coffee maker in each unit. We do not currently require owners to have Keurig machines but some have them. If you would like to know if your unit has a Keurig you can look at your unit on the website under amenities or call us at 1-800-837-5102. 

You will receive check-in information about a week before your arrival. You will receive all unit codes such as WiFi and complex codes such as beach gate codes at check-in. Some of these codes can also be found in the app after you have checked-in as well.
