Sandpiper Cove 9206

Everything about this place is exactly as described in the description. The place was clean and worth the price. It was very easy to check in. The place is very well located and was convenient to shops, restaurants and the beach. It was very easy to communicate with the owner and get timely instructions and answers to questions. Definitely we will come back next time and stay here. A big thank you to the owner for providing such a great place and a relaxing holiday in this city!

The place was just as described and looked exactly like the photos! Everyone was very helpful and quick to respond. We had a flat tire the first night and the sandpiper cove security guards really helped us out! We also couldn’t figure out the internet and got a very quick response and had it working within 5 mins! :)

The location is excellent!! Having the beach a few steps away and limited to the nearby condos makes it all quiet !! By staying in this place they give you the right to chairs and umbrellas on the shore of the beach and that is really second to none.: I will return to this place without hesitation ../

...that is pet friendly so that makes it a bonus. This condo is soooo close to the beach and sooo close to the pool, you can’t beat it

From the start communication was excellent, always prompt, attentive, and respectful, gave us all the support needed to book with confidence, to get there, check in smoothly and to make our stay with recommendations and tips. Place has a fully equipped kitchen and brand new fridge! Clean and good washer and dryer also help when at the beach. Bedroom and bed super comfortable. Bathroom is indeed small but definitely not a problem and everything worked great! My only observation would be the fact I did not notice by the pics that the bunked bed was right in front of the bathroom, still in the vanity area… we didn’t like that at all. Location is perfect and the community too! Walking to the beach and the chair service available A+.

The condo itself is exactly as pictured — cute, surprisingly spacious, and very clean. It was perfect for our family of two adults and two elementary school aged kids. While we didn’t use the bunk beds due to the lack of guardrails, both the king sized bed in the master and the sofa bed were comfortable. We had a minor issue with a slow drain and too warm AC, but Holiday Isle Properties addressed both immediately. Very impressed with their customer service. This unit is truly a short walk to the private beach and largest on-site pool — even by 6 year old standards. Louisiana Lagniappe, one of the best restaurants in Destin and a stop on the Destin water taxi, is also a reasonable walk away. Sandpiper Cove is centrally located and a wonderful, family-friendly community. We’re already planning a trip back and would happily stay in #9206 again.

Great spot and location. Very nice little 1 bedroom, and we easily slept 6. Nice pool area. Beach is literally a walk across the street, or condo is very close drive to other beaches.

Amazing location with private beach access! We loved our stay here and had plenty of room for our family. Very easy to communicate with the host via Airbnb messaging and over the phone; hassle-free check-in process! Extremely comfortable king bed in master bedroom!

This was our very first vacation to Destin, FL. We stayed in 9206 and it was great. The condo was fully stocked and clean. The view of the Gulf from the balcony was a bonus. We loved that it was a gated community. We are very excited to stay here again next year!
